    Administrative and personal laboratory work related to leading a group ofp 7-9 people in scouting new types of biochemical formulations and pesticide products.     Exploratory and process studies directed towards new plastic films for packaging agriculture, and electrical applications. Personal research achievements - films for vinyl replacement, glass replacement (i.e. polymeric stabilizers for polyolefins and intraocular lenses), for fuel cells, high temperature films for industrial and aerospace applications, photocrosslinkable polyolefins, polymer blends and chemically modified polymers for specialty films, administrative work as research supervisor.
