Dr. John Pascone, President of J M Pharmaceutical Consulting, has over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, both within pharmaceutical R&D organizations and as a contract CGMP manufacturer. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from The Ohio State University, he assists clients in pharmaceutical chemical and analytical development, project management, validation, technology transfer and scale up to manufacturing. Dr. Pascone's experience includes participation in due diligence evaluations leading to the acquisition of new technologies, products and companies.
Dr. Pascone has provided vendor audits to customers and has participated in inspections/audits by the FDA, as well as the client's customers. He has written SOP's, R&D reports, technology transfer protocols and CMC filing documents.
Early in his career, Dr. Pascone outsourced key intermediates and active ingredients to custom manufacturers and for the last decade has provided this service to the industry. Clients benefit from this dual-sided experience in identifying the right companies for outsourcing their projects, writing/evaluating proposals and managing these projects (i.e. MicrosoftR Project)
To meet his customer's varied requirements, Dr. Pascone has also collaborated with other professionals in providing a wide range of services for the successful completion of their projects.
