Biography:

Integrated Technical Solutions is lead by Cynthia Kradjel. With over 20 years of experience developing markets, applications and installation in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, nutraceutical, environmental and agricultural industries, Cynthia has successfully helped clients increase productivity and smooth processes through solution-based technology transfer.

She has extensive experience selling European-manufactured products to the North American markets and an appreciation of the European point of view after a three year tenure as International Marketing Manager based in Germany for Bran + Luebbe, Gmbh. Cynthia also served as US Liaison for Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Lubricant Additive Division US, for four years, interfacing with headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. She has a B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Georgetown University, and a MS in Chemistry from Polytechnic University.
