Toxicology and industrial hygiene consulting services serving the regulatory needs of the petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Kapp provides technical, regulatory and legal counsel on a broad spectrum of state and federal regulatory issues. Activities include toxicological assessments, strategic planning for court, PMNs, MSDS and label preparation and evaluation, literature searches for hazard assessment, study monitoring , chemical task force management and expert witness testimony. Services also include identification of regulatory matters, planning and preparation to meet the issues at hand, responses to various agency mandates (FDA, EPA, OECD) and management of regulatory affairs and general toxicology issues.
