Dr. Jacobs has 40+ years of consulting and industrial Polymer R&D experience, including over 15 years in R&D Executive Positions. He also has 30+ years experience in testifying in court and at depositions and extensive training and experience in patent proceedings and prosecution of applications. Dr. Jacobs has a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry (Princeton, 1969) with 16 publications and 18 patents.
