Lafayette Environmental Consulting, LLC was established by Ms. Deborah M. Heuckeroth, PE. She has over 15 years of experience in the Chemical Industry and Environmental Consulting. Her unique strengths include performing well in new areas and under demanding conditions. She is known for being an effective negotiator, and a highly-motivated worker, with excellent judgment and analytical abilities.
Ms. Heuckeroth earned an MS in Civil Engineering (Environmental) from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland.

- Conceptual design assistance, e.g., product storage, secondary containment, stormwater pollution prevention.
- Optimizing compliance systems, e.g., for wastewater (NPDES or POTW) permits, RCRA compliance, emergency and spill response.
- Streamlining monitoring and reporting, e.g., by permit application improvements and negotiating with regulatory agencies based on an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Waste minimization planning, e.g., inventory management improvements, procedural changes, process design changes for material substitutions.
- Participating in management of change (MOC) reviews for new/modified products, processes.
- Participating in hazard assessments (e.g., HAZOPs).
