Senior Environmental Scientist, Quality Assurance and Analytical Chemistry Technical Expert; Laboratory Manager
- Responsible for the creation and management of Environmental Data Validation Department, including all administrative and technical aspects (staff numbered 12)
- Performed Analytical Data Validation on inorganic and organic data
- Served as Contract Technical Representative for several multimillion-dollar laboratory and support services subcontracts: wrote and managed contracts involving 3-5 companies and 25-30 staff.
- Assumed responsibility for on-site Analytical laboratory QA/QC program in 1996: authored Quality Assurance Management Plan and several lower-tier QA documents
- Wrote and managed Analytical Basic Ordering Agreement (for obtaining off-site commercial lab analytical support), issued and managed several task orders
- Assumed management of on-site Analytical Laboratory Inorganic/Organic analysis department-2000; supervised 7 chemists who analyzed environmental samples for inorganic and organic analytes.
