Project management for scaling up organic reactions, especially for pre-clinical drug candidates. Previous work was directing the preparative organic chemistry lab for the Medicinal Chemistry Department of Merck Research Laboratory for the past 20 years. This included all phases of scale-up and preparation of organic intermediates, including separation of chiral materials.
