Biographies:

Roger Singer

Since 1986, when he founded Business Development Services, Roger Singer has assisted client companies in the petroleum, chemical, materials, process and energy industries with the identification and evaluation of business opportunities, with particular emphasis on solid acid catalysts.

Prior to his consulting activities, Roger held various research, business development and management positions with Catalyst Recycle, Purolite, PQ, United Technologies, PPG, Hercules and Sun Chemicals.

In August 2000, he joined Merril Lynch as a financial consultant, advising private individuals and corporate clients on how to effectively identify, establish and execute a plan to meet their financial goals.

He has a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Maryland, and an MBA degree in finance and planning from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.

Tim Golonka

Tim has been an Estate Planning and Business Insurance specialist since 1986. He was with Transamerica Occidental Life, Sun Life of Canada, MassMutual and Smith Barney prior to joining Merrill Lynch. Tim has a BA in Business and Industrial Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

Marc Martinelli

Marc is the Financial Planning Specialist for the Merrill Lynch Main Line Complex. He is a certified Financial Manager and has been with Merrill Lynch for 3 years in various roles relating to financial planning. He has worked in the corporate office as Project Manager on Financial Planning Applications and in an advisory role to Merrill Lynch Financial Consultants prior to his current role. He has a finance degree from the University of Scranton and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Rutgers University.

Location: The Cynwyd Club, 332 Trevor Lane, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. From I-76 drive S on City Line Ave. (US Rte. 1). Turn right on Conshohocken State Rd. (Rte. 23); stay in right lane. After second light watch for white left-turn arrows painted on street (about .14 mi/750 ft). Do not follow Rte. 23 left at turn but instead go straight ahead onto Llandrillo Rd. (passing to right of Valley Press printing). In one block bear left onto Trevor Lane at stop sign. Clubhouse and parking are on the left.
