Biography: Bill is founder of the Chemical Consultants network and was the first Chairman. He consults in analytical chemistry and testing and in quality management, and he is a Vice President of a consulting firm, The CECON Group. He is an instructor in an ASTM course on VOCs and HAPs in Paints, the originator of several national standard test methods, and the editor of their book on "Analysis of Paint and Related Materials". He also teaches in the Center for Professional Advancement course on "Practical Problem Solving in Analytical Chemistry".

Continue north on Trevor Lane instead of following Route #23 left. At "Y" in road one block north on Trevor Lane turn left where clubhouse and parking are on the left side of the road.
