| Abstract: Mr. Roderick will discuss various issues and options of interest to most small businesses, particularly consulting practices, including incorporation, taxes, contracts, and liability. |
| Biography: Mark is Chair of the Corporate Law Group at Flaster Greenberg in Cherry Hill, NJ. He concentrates his practice on the representation of closely-held and emerging growth companies, including companies in the technology and health care industries. He frequently provides counsel in such areas as taxation, corporate and partnership law, business sales and acquisitions, start-up businesses, and venture capital. Mr. Roderick specializes in the representation of entrepreneurial, growth-oriented companies and their owners. He serves as moderator of an on-going series of legal seminars for entrepreneurs hosted by the Rutgers-Camden Business Incubator, Burlington County College High Technology Small Business Incubator and Rutgers-Camden Small Business Development Center. He has earned a BA in English from Dickenson College, a M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of London, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. |
| Location: The Cynwyd Club, 332 Trevor Lane, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. From City Line Ave. (Route # 1) drive north on Conshohocken State Road (Route # 23) about 3 long blocks. Continue north on Trevor Lane instead of following Route #23 left. At “Y” in road one block north on Trevor Lane turn left where clubhouse and parking are on the left side of the road. Please park in lot if space is available; otherwise park on Trevor Lane. If lost, call the club at 610-667-4524. |
